Pali Wine Company 
Founded in 2005 by a group of friends and co-workers from Pacific Palisades, CA (Los Angeles area) who are passionate about Pinot Noir. Our goal was simple; find an accomplished winemaker with a proven track record, purchase fruit from the finest vineyardsand make the best Pinot Noir possible. Pali is the culmination of a love for great wine, great people and great times.


Pali makes high-end single vineyard designated Pinot Noir at our winery located in Lompoc, CA (50 miles north of Santa Barbara). 
All Pali wines are handcrafted by our winemakers, Brian Loring and Kimberly Loring (proprietors of Loring Wine Company), in small (three-quarter ton, T- Bin) fermentors. They are aged 10 months in 50% new and 50% used French Oak, racked once during barrel aging, and bottled unfined and unfiltered. All bottles are closed with Stelvin screw caps to ensure that our customers get out of the bottle exactly what we put into the bottle. We believe that our winemaking practices result in wines that are true expressions of both the vintage and the vineyard from which the grapes are sourced.

Bruno D’Alfonso Hired as Consultant - Bruno D’Alfonso, famed ex-winemaker for Sanford and current proprietor/winemaker for Badge, has been retained by Pali to provide general wine-
business advisory services. Among other services provided, Bruno has been instrumental in helping select all of the equipment for our new winery. We are thrilled to be able to tap into Bruno’s wealth of experience as we navigate through the twists and turns of the winemaking business.
